Adults need this as well! That is why I love my closest friends
so much. I can be my authentic self, and they are simply fine with it. And I
love that they are their authentic self with me.
When I say authentic self - that is the me that gets to act silly. Or
be sarcastic and they get it. After so many years, my closest friends can
probably finish my sentences. I love my long-time friends, and I love my newer
friends because they met me after I gained a bit of wisdom. (Just a bit - that
seems to be a long journey for some of us).
